DCG's industrial team and principal, Tom Fennell, represented the landlord, Byars Properties, in leasing 7770 Security Circle, a 3.72-acre industrial property with a 4,340 square-foot office and 4,000 square-foot service repair building located in the North Valleys submarket. 

The tenant, Pokrajac Corporation, is an established general engineering contractor in the region, specializing in excavation, grading, paving, public works, and utilities. The company will use the property as a new satellite facility to support its Reno-Sparks operations.
