Travis Hansen, SIOR, CCIM, Principal at DCG, represented the buyer, Sage Warren Way LLC, in acquiring a 3,846-square-foot office building at 3855 Warren Way for $1,185,600. Sage Warren Way LLC plans to utilize the garden office as an expansion location for their Sage Health Services business, an organization dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other diagnoses that respond well to ABA.

Outside of her professional role, Isabelle is actively involved in the community through her work with The Children’s Cabinet, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting local families in need.Isabelle’s strong community connections and understanding of the local market make her a valuable addition to DCG’s healthcare real estate services in Northern Nevada. She is a graduate of the University of Nevada.

DCG’s Investment Team, Principal Chris Shanks, CCIM, and Matt DeRicco, as well as Principal Tom Fennell, SIOR, CCIM, successfully represented the seller in the $2,350,000 disposition of 1195 Kietzke Lane to CKE Restaurants, Inc., with a cap rate of 5.13%.Carl’s Jr. exercised their option to purchase the property and will occupy the 4,227-square-foot building until June 2026. Its prime location features high visibility along the major thoroughfares, Kietzke Lane and Vassar Street, and offers convenient access to Interstate 580 in central Reno. Carl’s Jr. Restaurant is owned by CKE Restaurants, with over 3,800 locations in 44 states and 43 foreign countries.
