Fred has over 40 years of experience in the Northern Nevada marketplace, and his clients benefit not only from his excellent interpersonal skills but also from his broad industry knowledge. After graduating from the University of Nevada, he began his career at Hale Day Gallagher Company, where he was a broker for over 8 years. He then transitioned to Dickson Commercial (now DCG), where he served as managing broker for several years and became one of the region’s leading experts on leasing and sales. A lifelong Nevada resident, Fred understands Northern Nevada from multiple perspectives – resident, business owner, active alum, and real estate specialist.

Fred has received accreditation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), is a current Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) member, and was trained through the Urban Land Institute. Fred is also a member of the Economic Development Authority (EDAWN) and the Reno Sparks Chamber of Commerce.
