Career Background
Jamie is a healthcare real estate specialist, focusing exclusively on leasing, acquisition, and disposition of real estate specifically intended for healthcare. She brings a broad range of expertise given her experience in leasing, property management, and tenant improvement oversight in the healthcare scope.
At DCG, she is responsible for marketing, leasing, property management, and construction management for our one million-plus square foot medical office portfolio.
In addition to providing landlord representation services, Krahne acts as a tenant representative for various private healthcare groups and hospital systems in Reno and Las Vegas. Jamie's strategy for solving her clients' needs involves marrying her transactional experience with her construction management expertise, allowing her to oversee the transaction from lease negotiation through space delivery. Her solution-based approach includes staying up-to-date on changing market conditions and understanding the nuances of medical real estate and how that impacts her client's space.
Jamie takes advantage of all of Reno/Tahoe’s outdoor fun, including snow skiing, water skiing, hiking and mountain biking. When not outdoors, you can find her volunteering at various non-profit organizations she supports, riding her horse, Memphis, or spending time with family.
